Challenges and precautions in using low weight Sublimation Paper
Because of its thinness, it also brings a series of operational difficulties that must be paid special attention to easy to wrinkle and paper jam solution:
* Adjust printer settings: The pressure on the paper feed and delivery rollers of the printer must be reduced.
* Optimize the paper path: Ensure that the paper path is unobstructed.
*Keep the environment dry: Paper is more prone to wrinkling when damp and needs to be properly stored.
*Use backing paper: During winding, a layer of backing paper can be placed between each layer of transfer paper to prevent ink adhesion and paper compression wrinkling.
The thick coating of the inkjet sublimation paper has a microporous structure and together with the specially engineered base paper functions as the perfect receiver of printed sublimation ink.
