Sublimation:
·Principle: Solid sublimation ink is directly converted into a gaseous state at high temperatures (usually between 180 ° C-220 ° C), bypassing the liquid stage. These gaseous dye molecules then penetrate into the microscopic pores of polymer coatings or polyester fibers, and solidify after cooling, becoming a part of the object.
·Substrate requirements: It must be an object coated with polyester (or itself made of polyester), such as coated metal, ceramic, or polyester fabric. The pattern is permeable, so it is very durable, smooth to the touch, and does not peel off.
·Heat Transfer:
·Principle: First, print the pattern on a transfer paper, and then use heat and pressure to bond or melt the entire ink layer onto the surface of the target object.
·Substrate requirements: Almost any heat-resistant material, such as cotton, wood, glass, etc. The pattern is attached to the surface and may have a tactile feel, but its wear resistance is relatively poor.
