Transfer printing on dark polyester fabric (requires "paper tearing" process)
Scenario description: When producing dark polyester clothing (such as dark sportswear), the sublimation process requires first printing the pattern on a white or light base fabric, and then compounding it with the dark fabric. This process requires tearing off the transfer paper.
Why try it out: The lower the weight, the thinner the paper, and the easier it is to tear off completely and cleanly without leaving paper scraps on the fabric, thereby improving production efficiency and yield. This is an important application area for low weight paper.
Sublimation Paper
The thick coating of the sublimation paper has a microporous structure and together with the specially engineered base paper functions as the perfect receiver of printed sublimation ink. This unique composition, with a high air permeability, provides the paper with the ability to absorb and store the sublimation ink, like a sponge, very quickly and precisely. The sublimation ink is then released exactly in the position it has been printed by the sublimation printer for perfect line sharpness and detailed reproduction.
