          After transfer printing, the fiber texture of standard thick and heavy paper may sometimes be slightly imprinted on the fabric due to high temperature and pressure, forming a so-called "paper shadow" . Low weight paper, due to its thinness and softness, adheres more tightly to the fabric, and the residual traces of paper fibers after transfer printing are lighter, greatly reducing this phenomenon.

The thick coating of the Sublimation Paper has a microporous structure and together with the specially engineered base paper functions as the perfect receiver of printed sublimation ink. This unique composition, with a high air permeability, provides the heat transfer paper with the ability to absorb and store the sublimation ink, like a sponge, very quickly and precisely. The sublimation ink is then released exactly in the position it has been printed by the sublimation printer for perfect line sharpness and detailed reproduction.
